Delivery costs:
- We offer free next day delivery on all of our products within the UK and Northern Island. Shipping outside of the UK will incur a shipping charge (please note these costs are set by our courier)....please contact us directly and we can advise on shipping costs.
Checking deliveries for any sign of damage:
- Please do check your delivery for any sign of damage and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and include photographic evidence of damage to packing and/or product.
Dispatch time:
- All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day and we offer same day dispatch for all orders placed before 10.30am (subject to change during busy periods) Our working hours are 8am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2pm on Fridays.
When will I receive my order?
- All orders are sent on a 24hr tracked service with Royal Mail however this cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather and busy periods . Delivery are made Monday to Saturday.
Choose your delivery date:
- If you would like delivery on a specific date please message us at point of order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to deliver on your chosen date we will contact you so please provide either your contact number or email address.
Delayed delivery:
- If you have not received your order by its due date then please contact us and we will be able to track your order and contact our courier if required.
Returns and refunds:
- We hope that you are pleased with your purchase but we do understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return your order for a refund. We offer a 30 day return policy in which items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be received unused and in their original condition.
- At Camper Comfort we are unable to accept and refund for any items that have been used or are damaged after delivery.
- Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of a return if you change your mind but we will however collect item(s) if they have been sent incorrectly or are received damaged.
- We politely request that you ensure all returns are package securely to limited any risk of damage during transit. Please include your details with your return so that we can deal with your return at quickly as possible.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
